The objective of this project was to generate qualified leads via cold email outreach. They also wanted the leads to be really high intent as they were working in a very specific niche.

Challenges

The primary challenge was developing an email strategy to reach the right decision-makers to create a two-way communication channel.

We tacked this by clearly identifying the ideal customer profile based on their past projects.

Then we used this understanding to create a list of different categories of decision-makers who could be reached out to.

And finally, we talked to their sales and project management team to develop the right messaging to be used in the emails.
